GLP-1 & Peptide Dose Guide

Organizing a GLP-1 or peptide protocol means tracking three things consistently: your titration week, the dose in milligrams (and its equivalent in units on a U-100 syringe), and when each dose was taken. This static guide summarizes the common conventions. It pairs with the free Peptide Tracker & Calculator, which does the math and keeps a private log for you.

Try the interactive tools: the peptide tracker app at glp1.app includes a dose calculator, a titration planner, and a private dose journal.

Typical titration structure

Most GLP-1 protocols escalate the weekly dose gradually to manage tolerability. A schedule is usually expressed as “week → dose (mg)”. Rather than reproduce clinical numbers here, use the planner in the Peptide Tracker to lay out your own weeks and see each step.

Unit-to-mg conversion

Reconstituted peptides are measured in milligrams but drawn in units on an insulin syringe, where 100 units = 1 mL. The volume you draw depends on the reconstitution concentration:

What you knowWhat you need
Vial strength (mg) + water added (mL)Concentration (mg/mL)
Target dose (mg) ÷ concentrationVolume (mL) → ×100 = units

The glp1.app calculator performs this reconstitution math automatically so you don't draw the wrong volume.

Logging habits that help

A dedicated log like the one in the Peptide Tracker & Calculator keeps this organized without a spreadsheet.
